training 12/11/08

Today was the most difficult day of the EDT program.

PR zone 1 20 min.
a) pistols w/ 20kg bell 6 rounds x 3; 12kg bell 3 rounds x3
b) DBL swings 24 kg bell 9 rounds x5
rest 5:00
That was more intense than I was anticipating.

PR zone 2 15 min.
a) DBL front squat 24kg bell 9 rounds x5
b) overhead squat 45lb sandbag 9 rounds x 3

Good day but hope nest time I can push out more reps.

and weighted pistols followed by more lower body work - that's a lot.
what inspired that combination?
way to go on the EDT approach - how are you liking it?

Sorry I just now saw your old comment.
I don't keep track of comments because I didn't think anybody had anything to say about what I am doin.

The PR zones are just what came to me. they are not personal records I just couldn't think of anything else to call them.

I love the EDT training I feel stronger and gained the mass I wanted.
